The Stand Up Challenge returns to Wolverhampton

Six exceptionally daring, business individuals will be performing a live, original, five-minute stand-up comedy routine in front of their colleagues, clients, friends and family, in a bid to be crowned the second ever ‘Wolverhampton Stand Up Challenge Champion’. Stand Up Challenge Wolverhampton – it’s back!

On Thursday 26th April, a new bunch of leading local business people, willing to risk their professional reputation, try their hand at stand-up comedy for the first time. It is taking place as part of the Black Country Business Festival, which is running from 23rd April until 4th May, more information can be found on their website.

The Challenge will be hosted by a top-secret celebrity comedian, so it is going to be a night of extreme entertainment. The whole evening is raising money for a great charity – the Big Difference Company – a midlands-based organisation that is committed to life changing scheme and projects.

The event is sponsored by the Black Country Chamber of Commerce, the Black Country Business Festival, Creative Black Country and the Molineux Stadium and is presented by Associate Events.
